Confederation of Aerial Industries (CAI)
We at Digital Link are proud to be members of the CAI: a recognised body for the aerial and satellite industry. The CAI is committed to raising standards within the industry and you are assured of a quality installation at a fair price.

What is the CAI?

  • The CAI is a totally independent, self-regulatory organisation.
  • The CAI has succeeded in setting high standards for us at Digital Link to attain and, in doing so, has raised the level of competency and technical ability in the process.
  • The CAI promises that Digital Link will provide a professional quality service using only materials and methods approved to European standards ensuring the best possible result.

Commitment & Professionalism
We only employ qualified personnel whose work is monitored by an Inspector. We do not subcontract the work out, all our installers are employed by us. We are inspected on a regular basis and on certain occasions, a CAI Inspector will wish to accompany us to view our installing capabilities.

Guarantees
We guarantee our installations for a period of twelve months. In addition to this, the CAI undertakes to back-up this guarantee with a further twelve month guarantee (for domestic installations only). This means that should we fail to honour our guarantee, you can seek redress via the CAI. Provided that the problems are within the realms of the original guarantee, the CAI will arrange to have the work corrected, at no extra cost to you.

Public Liability Insurance
We have full insurance cover to cover all aspects of their business. Most importantly there is a minimum requirement of £2,000,000 for public liability insurance. This gives you total peace of mind before we even commence work. 

Complaints against us, a CAI member
If you are unhappy with the standard of workmanship carried out by us, the CAI has an official complaints procedure. They will fully investigate any complaint that it receives against us and is empowered to impose sanctions on us if necessary.
