Step by step guide on getting the perfect installation with us.
Step 1: Book a FREE home survey:

We usually discuss the following:
- Outline your needs/requirements
- Book an appointment with us to come and visit you at your property to do a FREE, NO OBLIGATION home survey. One of our team will discuss your ideas with you and provide you with some further ideas.
- A review of all your current connections and the proximity to where you want your equipment to go will also be part of the home survey.
Step 2: The Quote
We provide a detailed quote outlining everything required to complete the work. This will include any brackets, cables and labour time required to achieve the fit exactly how you want it.
Step 3: Refinements
We will call you to discuss the quote and tweak it if necessary to ensure we get to the optimal solution, based on your requirements and budget.
Step 4: Book the installation when you are ready to proceed
We book you in at a time convenient for you. We install and commission the equipment and ensure it all works as agreed. We give you a brief training session to allow you to familiarise yourself with the operation of the equipment.
Feedback and ease of use
We will call you a week later to ensure everything is OK and we’ll arrange another visit, if necessary, to ensure you are completely comfortable with your equipment.
