Introduction
We are an independent Sky Dealer that offers a full range of Sky products and services in the Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire & Derbyshire areas. We are leaders in installing and servicing Sky and deal with all aspects including:
- New contracts and installations
- Existing customer upgrades
- Linking sky to more than one room
- Repair or replace faulty Sky boxes
- Dish alignments
- LNB changes
We also sell all Sky accessories, such as original remote controls, TV link eyes, amplifiers and all associated cables.
Established in 2000, we started as a specialist Sky store. We were unique in that we did not provide any other services apart for sales and service for Sky. Since then, we have expanded into a complete home entertainment retail provider but we still have Sky at the very heart of our business.
Both our stores are managed by people that understand the Sky system fully, providing you with the correct information without having to talk to call centres that are usually based in other countries.
You’ll also be pleased to know our staff attend regular Sky training sessions to keep abreast of changes and we offer the most up to date deals.
Unlike many of our competitors, our customer service does not stop if the installer is on holiday, or the mobile phone is off or the van has broken down. We ensure that you will always be looked after should you have any problems or issues.
