Why come to us

Background
Sky has been part of our product offering from when we were established in 2000. We started off as the first business in Leicester to be a Sky specialist, with us only selling and installing Sky. We believe there is no other local business that has Sky within their core product offering.

Digital Link employed engineers
All our engineers are employed, not subcontracted. This means that work we carry out at your property is completed to our high standards. Unlike Sky engineers, who have restrictions on what they can do, our engineers can ensure the work gets done first time, every time. We send all engineers on regular training courses and ensure they are Criminal Records Bureau checked and are covered by public liability insurance.

We have also been finalists in the prestigious Sky retailer of the year awards for 2005, 2006 and 2007. We were also a special guest for 2008, illustrating our dedication and commitment to Sky and our Sky customers. 

Flexibility
We book work Monday to Saturday in 3 hour time slots. If you don’t want to wait in, you can ask for the engineer to give you a call when they are on their way. This means your life does not have to stop whilst waiting for our engineer.

Price Match
We would rather have you as a customer than not at all. We watch the marketplace to ensure our deals are as competitive as possible. However, if we have overlooked something, or you see a deal that is better than ours, let us know. We will verify all the information and if we can match the deal, or even beat it, we will definitely try.

Customer Service
Our service does not stop if one of our staff go on holiday, if the engineers mobile phone battery runs out or the van breaks down. We take this element of our business very seriously and this is backed up by the feedback we get on a daily basis. We do our utmost to provide superior customer service every time.
