Delivery charges
Delivery cost of televisions is based on the size, the table below provides these costs.

Note orders consisting of a combination of televisions and other products will have a delivery charge of the highest delivery cost item.
Delivery addresses
Delivery of all items will be delivered to the billing address provided.
We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery Arrangements
All orders will be delivered within 14 working days of placing the order online.
If we are unable to deliver within the time frames stated here we will contact you once the order is placed to advise.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Please call us on 0116 270 1112 if your order hasn’t yet been delivered.
What if only part of my order has arrived?
We usually deliver televisions separately from all other goods and therefore this is likely to occur. This should not raise any concern, the other items will arrive within the time indicated above unless we have advised you otherwise.
Do you deliver or send products outside the United Kingdom?
We can deliver anywhere outside of the UK, however you will need to fulfill the transaction over the phone not online, so we can provide you with an accurate shipping cost.
Do you deliver to my address?
We deliver to most postal areas in Mainland UK, but we're sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. Delivery of certain products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man may not always be possible.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.
Returns
In the unlikely event your goods are delivered damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or to organise a refund. Please check your purchased item as soon as they are delivered.
Any purchases made online can be cancelled within 7 working days from the day of delivery. We require the item boxed with all original packaging. The product should be in unused and in perfect condition, whereby a refund will be provided less the costs of carriage. The goods have to be sent back at your own cost. Please read the terms and conditions for more details.
Refunds
How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?
All refund will be processed within seven working days from acceptance of the returned item. The value of the return will be determined by the reason for return, which is outlined in more detail in the Terms & Conditions section of the site.
